We use this contact information from these forms to send the user information about SlikStik LLC, communicate customer service and occasionally to follow up with further mailings. Shipping & Delivery:
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. There are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, if you are an international based customer and you are unsure whether or not the products you want can be shipped to your location, contact us at info@slikstik.com for more information.

All international orders require additional shipping costs above what our website already charges. If you are an international customer and would like to purchase products from SlikStik, you must email us with your full shipping address and postal/zip code for a custom shipping quote. If you are an international customer and you purchase items through our website and you do not notify us in advance that you are placing an international order, your order will be put on hold until all additional shipping funds are received.

When you place an order, your order ID# is generated and placed in the order queue. The following shipping/manufacturing times are as accurate as possible but are subject to change without notice depending on part availability and manufacturing times.

SlikStik Parts & Accessories Orders:
*Within 2 - 5 business days from order date.

SlikStik Arcade Cabinet & Controller Orders:
*Within 2 - 5 weeks from order date.

Product Warranty:
SlikStik arcade control panels, arcade cabinets and custom parts installed in residential settings carry a two-year (2) limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship.

If a defect is found in normal residential usage, SlikStik will, at its election, repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustment where SlikStik inspection discloses any such defects. Damage caused by accident, misuse or abuse is not covered by this warranty. SlikStik is not responsible for labor charges, removal charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of SlikStik exceed the purchase price of the product.

SlikStik reserves the right to examine photographs or physical evidence of merchandise claimed to be defective, and to recover said merchandise, prior to disposition of warranty claims. Merchandise returned to our factory for examination or recovery must be shipped freight prepaid, unless a Return Authorization Number is issued. Return addresses can be found on our Contact page.

No warranty is offered on equipment subjected to abuse, negligence, improper installation, vandalism, acts of God, unauthorized alteration or attachment to equipment other than our own, or improper use, service or repair by customer or any third party. SlikStik assumes no responsibility for incidental or consequential damages which may arise from the purchase or use of our equipment. Please supervise your children’s play activity and maintain your game equipment periodically.

Non-residential use of our systems and parts are strictly prohibited and in such cases will have no warranty as the systems are designed for residential use only.

This warranty is expressed in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for use. SlikStik does not assume, or authorize any person or representative to assume for us in any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.

The contents of this site, including artwork, text, video, audio, or pictures contained on the SlikStik web site are protected by copyright laws and may not be reproduced, copied, edited or used in any other websites, advertising, sales campaigns or retail portals in whole or in part or in any form without expressed written permission from SlikStik LLC. You may not modify or use the materials for any purpose, you may not reproduce, republish, post, transmit or distribute any materials on the SlikStik web site. By using this site you agree to these terms of service and are bound by this agreement.
